Commenting, Oliver Heald said, “I was delighted to be able to present these awards to Norman and Walter. I have visited the Stroke Club in Royston on a number of occasions and it is marvellous what it achieves for its service users.

“The Group always have lively debates and have raised a number of issues with me about disabled facilities in the town. I congratulate Norman and Walter on receiving these prestigious awards and it was good to be able to meet them at the House of Commons.
