MP Takes Up Concerns Over New Hospital Car Parking Charges

North East Herts MP Oliver Heald has taken up with the Chief Executive of East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust new proposed car parking charges for the disabled.

Commenting, Oliver Heald said, “I have taken up with Nick Carver the new charges being proposed for the disabled and those with chronic conditions. It does seem to me that there is a difference between patients who have a short episode of hospital visits and those who have a very long-term condition. I have asked the hospital to think again about this.”
